Identity in Christ
Boys discover who God created them to be, learn to see creation as evidence of His majesty, and begin building their lives on Jesus.
A Generation Regeneration men’s initiative
A Bible-based alternative to traditional scouting—forming strong men, rooted in Christ, who leave a godly legacy.

Iron & Oak gives boys what many are missing: godly men who show up, practical skills that build confidence, meaningful responsibility, and a clear vision of biblical manhood. This is not simply an activity club. It is discipleship through mentorship, creation, work, service, and brotherhood.
Father-son moments are welcomed and strengthened, while trusted mentors also stand in the gap for boys who need another steady man in their corner.
One GenRegen pathway · expressed through Iron & Oak
Boys discover who God created them to be, learn to see creation as evidence of His majesty, and begin building their lives on Jesus.
Mentors help boys practice outdoor skills, responsibility, courage, discipline, leadership, and the everyday work of becoming dependable men.
Faith moves into action through service projects, family leadership, mentoring younger boys, and opportunities to meet real needs.
Consistent, accountable relationships give boys a safe place to be known, challenged, encouraged, and rooted in a lifelong walk with God.
What boys will experience
Protection is part of discipleship
Iron & Oak is being built with safety, transparency, and accountability at its core. Trusted adults, clear boundaries, appropriate supervision, and ministry-wide protection practices are not afterthoughts—they are part of what it means to form healthy men.
Help build the first generation
We are gathering mentors, churches, fathers, skilled tradesmen, outdoorsmen, and partners who believe boys deserve intentional discipleship.
