Practical resources
Before: identify one primary leader, estimate students and adults, collect medical and dietary needs, and begin scholarship conversations early.
During: leaders participate, shepherd their students, help with cabin or team rhythms, and join response moments.
After: use the 90-day mission to turn a great week into sustainable discipleship.
GΞN is Christ-centered, leader-supported, and built around supervised group experiences. Registration gathers emergency, accessibility, dietary, and relevant medical information. Final schedules, location details, medication procedures, and contact information are sent to registered groups.
Bible, notebook, refillable bottle, comfortable clothes and shoes, toiletries, towel, bedding as directed, weather layers, team-color gear, and any required medication in its original container. Bring clothes that can get messy for the Chaos Cup.
Confirm adult-to-student coverage, transportation, forms, emergency contacts, medications, payment plan, rooming considerations, and a post-event gathering before your group arrives.
Money should not be the reason a student stays home. Tell us what your group needs through the scholarship form below, and we will start a conversation about fundraising, sponsorship, and available assistance.
Students leave with a specific practice of prayer and Scripture, a person to serve, a story to share, and a leader who can follow up. Local action can become a pathway toward global mission opportunities, including The Gambia.
Worship, teaching, prayer, creativity, and space to respond to Jesus.
Mud, relays, team moments, and Scripture challenges that build connection.
Follow-up, local action, leadership pathways, and global mission vision.
